There is such special meaning to the Scripture that God has given me this time [who am I kidding, it's always special], but I want to explain. I've been doing the Bible Study "Discerning the Voice of God" by Priscilla Shirer. & I cannot say enough just how incredible it has been.

I should also preference this post by saying that since August of 2010 God has been giving me ideas for planner designs, writing & so many things that I've learned to take it serious when I get woken up in the middle of the night with ideas [and it is almost always the middle of the night] - on 2/13/18 I got woken up with a vision/ idea so incredibly detailed that it took me 2 and 1/2 hours to write it down - it was literally the MOST detailed concept I've ever been given. It is also completely outside of my resources to make happen.

I got excited - but truth be told, I set it aside not really knowing what to do with it. Then, something miraculous & incredible happened during my study on 2/16/18 - I was just moving to the next study section at the bottom of page 135 & I just began to weep. I cried & couldn't stop crying - it didn't make ANY sense other than that I just knew the Holy Spirit was moving me & that He was getting ready to speak into my life & that I needed to pay attention. The day's study was entitled "On Purpose" & on page 136, it talked about Blueprints & then it dialed in on how God is into details - you know, like Noah building the Ark - it was so precise or when they were building the Tabernacle & utensils for worship - I mean seriously, when you read Exodus 25-30 the attention to detail is insane. God wrecked me that day. The cool thing is, He has been adding to the confirmation of this Vision that He has given me. I still have literally ZERO idea on what to do with it - but by Day 3 of that study I was reminded that "timing is everything" and when I read/studied from Habakkuk 2:3 I felt like it was speaking so perfectly into what God is doing. I don't know when. I certainly don't know how, but I believe that it will come to fruition. This Blog post can serve as a witness to how amazing & how personal our God is & that He truly is into the details of our lives. It is also witness to the fact that because "I" cannot make it happen that WHEN IT DOES, HE GETS ALL THE GLORY!!!!

Habakkuk 2:3 "For the vision is yet for the appointed [future] time. It hurries toward the goal [of fulfillment]; it will not fail. Even though it delays, wait [patiently] for it. Because it will certainly come; it will not delay."

I’ve been restoring this table and yesterday, as I was doing it, I realized how similar it is to this journey with Scripture we are taking. But even more so, this journey we have in getting to know our God and who we are in His eyes. The table was given to me, it didn’t cost me anything but I knew that it was made of teak Wood and with some effort put into it, it would be gorgeous. It’s how each of us are on this earth, on the outside we can look rough and be broken but, with a little effort and a whole lot of love we are transformed from glory to glory. And much like this table, which was literally hours and hours of work, it was still a labor of love and I believe that’s how God looks at us. We are His labor of love but, we have to put the work in, we have to be willing to use our muscle, get dirty and keep pushing through even when we think it’s going to just take forever.

I finished the table today and it looks beautiful and I don’t know about you but each time I memorize another Scripture, I feel beautiful. I feel strengthened and loved. So, as you continue on this journey and as it gets harder and harder, remember the beautiful-ness that God is trying to reveal from the inside out. Push through, persevere and if you have to do last month scripture again, do it again, because maybe you’re supposed to rest there. Maybe you’re supposed to hang there and meditate on it and make the scripture so truthful and so real that nothing else compares.

My Scripture I chose came from the Bible Study Discerning the Voice of God. Such a powerful study & for me so incredibly relevant on what He had revealed to me while doing the Grow Setting God's Way that I taught in January.

2/15/18 - Psalm 119: 10,18
"With all my heart I have sought You [inquiring of You and longing for You] Do not let me wander from Your commandments [neither through ignorance nor by willful disobedience]

Open my eyes [to spiritual truth] so that I may behold Wonderful things from Your law."

Well ladies & gents - here it is 2:38 AM in the morning and I felt compelled to get up and do my post for the 1st. Yep, go ahead - call me crazy!

So, I want to talk about GRACE. Usually, when I am discussing this it's in regards to how one might feel about someone else - but today, I want to talk about extending grace to yourself. I happen to know that a few of you are really struggling with memorization and your beating yourself up - STOP the madness! This journey was never meant to be about legalism (and what you think you HAVE TO DO) but about relationship.

Why did you want to start this process? Yes, you might be looking for transformation and Scripture absolutely does that - but, I believe that ultimately it's because you know that through Scripture - you find more of HIM. The thing is, when you are seeking with all your heart - Scripture promises that you WILL find Him. It didn't say "only if...you perfectly memorize one on the 1st and one on the 15th", so are you seeking Him above all else? Then rest assured that this journey is going to accomplish just that.

At the same time, don't settle and be mediocre - push yourself! I believe in you, now believe in the Holy Spirit. Because HE is the one that reveals the Truth & without the Holy Spirit - it's just words on a page. Start with being honest with God. Plea with Him to help you. Cry out to Him. He's just waiting to hear from you.

Now, before I post my Scripture, I want to talk about what I sent you - I didn't read it before I sent it - I just emailed myself all the images & them moved them into my program, arranged them & sent it. It wasn't until yesterday that I realized that the same exact Scriptures appeared multiple times & I promise you they came at different times and from didn't sources. I think God is speaking to a few of us and I hope that when you read them, that there is a quickening of the Holy Spirit - like you just KNOW that God is saying, "This One!"
